About Trawick Pavilion in Grapevine, Texas

Love Oak Grove Park and views of Grapevine Lake? The Trawick Pavilion is ideal for your large family or corporate gatherings. With seating for up to 200 people, two large barbecue grills for ribs, steaks, hot dogs and burgers, running water and electricity, you can serve up big meals for an even bigger crowd. Need easy entertainment? Look no further than the nearby basketball court and a small backstop for baseball or softball.  Rental of Trawick Pavilion includes priority use of the sand volleyball court next to the pavilion.  There are restrooms nearby, and a large open space is available for games or other entertainment, limited only by your imagination.  Bounces Houses permitted with rental of Trawick Pavilion with prior approval.  Please email rentals@gograpevine.com for details.

Rental Information

Please note all reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If the Pavilion is not reserved then they will be available on a first come first serve basis. We apologize for the inconvenience but this requirement is to accommodate our parks maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness.

Seating capacity is 200 people. Rentals exceeding 200 people or needing exceptions to rules and policies, will require advanced approval and/or a Special Event Permit.

• $350/day Grapevine residents
• $450/day non-residents
• $100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit will be required when making a reservation.

****Holiday rates will apply for Labor & Memorial Day and Easter.  This will not be rented for the Fourth of July****
